These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.truviek.com and purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by Orbivex OÜ, registered at Narva mnt 7-557, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10117, Estonia. By browsing the Site, creating or using an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms together with any policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, you should not place an order or use features that require acceptance of these Terms.

1. About the Truviek store

www.truviek.com is an online retail store offering a range of products to customers in locations that we support. We aim to provide useful product information, a secure checkout process, order and delivery updates, and customer assistance. Questions about an order or the Site can be sent to support@truviek.com. Product ranges, availability, and supported delivery areas may change over time.

2. Permitted use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal shopping and related purposes. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to enter restricted or administrative areas without permission, interfere with security measures, probe or disrupt the technical operation of the Site, knowingly submit false information during checkout, or copy protected content without permission. You are also expected to follow any reasonable instructions presented as part of checkout or account security.

3. Product descriptions, images, and availability

We take reasonable steps to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability information accurate. Nevertheless, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, supplier revisions, production changes, packaging updates, measurement tolerances, or other manufacturing variations. If a particular feature, dimension, compatibility requirement, colour, or specification is essential to your buying decision, contact us before submitting the order so that you can request clarification.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected product or service. An automated acknowledgement or email confirming receipt of the order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order for a reasonable business reason, including lack of stock, inability to obtain the product, a payment failure, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, a delivery restriction, inaccurate customer information, or another issue that prevents lawful or practical fulfilment. Where required, any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be handled appropriately.

We use third-party payment service providers, and we do not intentionally store complete payment-card details on our own website servers. Delivery dates or time ranges shown on the Site are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Orders may be prepared or delivered using product suppliers, fulfilment partners, postal operators, and commercial couriers. Delivery can be affected by customs processes, carrier disruption, high demand, public holidays, weather, incorrect or incomplete address information, or other matters outside our reasonable control. 7. Returns, refunds, and mandatory consumer rights

Our Return and Refund Policy describes the operational process for returns, refunds, damaged goods, and order problems. Consumers in the European Union may have mandatory legal rights that apply independently of these Terms, including a right to withdraw from many online purchases within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods unless a statutory exception applies. Nothing in these Terms or another Site policy is intended to exclude, reduce, or waive a consumer right that applicable law does not allow a trader to exclude.

8. Accounts and information supplied by customers

9. Intellectual-property rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the text, graphics, visual layout, logos, product presentation, written materials, and other protected content appearing on www.truviek.com are owned by or licensed to Orbivex OÜ or the relevant rights holder. Access to the Site does not transfer ownership of that content. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, distribute, or use protected Site content for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law expressly permits the use.

10. Third-party providers and external services

The Site and our fulfilment process may depend on third-party providers, including payment processors, analytics services, couriers, postal operators, fulfilment companies, hosting providers, product suppliers, and email or customer-support systems. Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy notices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a separate third-party platform or service where the relevant event is outside our reasonable control, although this does not remove any responsibility that the law places directly on us as the seller or trader.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, courier or supplier delays outside our reasonable control, or losses arising from improper use of a product. This clause does not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit exclusion or limitation, and it does not remove mandatory statutory consumer protections or other non-excludable rights.

Where legally appropriate, continued use of the Site after revised Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms for future use. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen where applicable law prevents that result.

13. Governing law and consumer protections

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer in another country, mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence may continue to apply where the law gives those rules priority. Any choice of Estonian law in these Terms is not intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
